Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the entire Kathmandu Valley. Delivery is free for orders over Rs. 2000, with a small fee for smaller orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders in Kathmandu. We're working on adding online payment options soon!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a confirmation message with delivery details. You can also message us on social media for updates.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! We love working on custom designs for groups and special occasions. Contact us with your ideas and we'll make it happen.
